Our social channels are meant to be a positive place to engage with our games. Any personal attacks against other members, community managers, and Product Madness employees will not be tolerated. Overly hostile remarks about our games will not be tolerated. We aim to foster a fun, engaging community for players to connect, share feedback, and discuss our games. Violations may lead to content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent bans.
We strictly prohibit disparaging content related to race, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion or any other discriminatory language or behavior. We expect all dialogue to be respectful and constructive, free from bullying, harassment, and hate speech. Content that violates these guidelines will be removed, and may result in a permanent ban from our social channels.
To promote online safety, our community members should be aware of and vigilant against spam. Do not engage with accounts that claim to represent us. We will never request private details such as credit card numbers, social security numbers, game IDs, or any other personal information. You can always report spam by contacting us. We will report and, if able, remove any spam content posted on our social channels, but always use your best judgment.
We prioritize the privacy and safety of our community. To protect yourself and others, do not share personal data – such as names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, or any other identifying details – in public forums. This also includes game IDs, which may be linked to personal data and should never be posted or requested. Sharing anyone’s information without explicit permission is strictly prohibited, and violations may result in permanent removal from our social channels. Community managers retain the sole discretion regarding content on our social channels, including the removal of comments and the banning of profiles. Additionally, communitymembers are required to abide by all policies and guidelines established by the respective platforms hosting our social channels and pages.
