Rich with historical architecture and culture, the city of Lviv has risen quickly in recent years to become one of the major tech hubs in Ukraine, joining the cohort of leading Ukrainian IT cities alongside Kyiv and Kharkiv. Product Madness, always one to spot an early trend, got in on the action in 2018, and never looked back.SEE ALL OPEN ROLES
Growing from 15 to 150+ employees in 3 years, our Lviv studio thrives with a team that can develop and publish full cycle mobile games. The studio, located in L'vivs'ka Oblast, is a modern, tranquil space spread across two floors. Fitted out in 2021 to accommodate the ever growing gaming studio: foosball table, games room and large kitchen facilities. But more than that, it’s got a bunch of incredibly talented individuals who are driven to build not only the best games, but the best relationships that will last a lifetime. Oh, and if that wasn’t enough: the studio has an ever growing roster of employee pets who love to come hang out and supervise their humans hard at work, and is colloquially known as our Mad-Floof capital!JOIN THE MADNESS
We’re real nerds at heart. Every employee has access to learning and development resources, industry qualifications, management training and a personalised career development plan.
We might be Madness by name, but in reality we do everything we can to keep our folk happy, healthy and smiling.
Would we even be a game studio if we didn't do a lot of play?! Nope. And there is something for everyone: from the all night ravers, to the board game fanatics.
We have the deepest respect for our employees. Their skills, passion and their unstoppable drive. We see this, and want to power them with as much as we can.
Simply the best relocation support for employees and their family to move to a studio location. Oh, and don't forget the extra wellness and Christmas holidays.
"Product Madness Ukrainian studio continues to be at the core of day to day live ops operations developing and running one of the best in the industry experiences for our players on all platforms around the world. This, together with the support and help from other Product Madness studios, makes me really excited looking into the future of our games and Ukrainian studio."
