Product Madness has been nominated for Best Engagement Strategy and Best Health and Wellbeing Strategy in the highly acclaimed HR Excellence Awards 2021. 

Earned through their remarkable commitment to wellness and engagement, employees have not only remained at Product Madness throughout the pandemic - a time of crippling retention levels - staff numbers have doubled to around 400.

The lengthy list of impressive benefits prioritising wellness included every single worker being given a £250 budget to improve home office space, unlimited access to a professional counsellor and gifted fitness watches and gym equipment. 

To maintain its vibrant culture in a digital world, regular online events were held, including live pizza making attended by 150 people, beer and cheese tasting for Beer Day Britain, and even crafts sessions to celebrate National Craft Month - all powered by video calls. 

Their success is evident; Product Madness has exponentially grown their Glassdoor score from 3.6 to 4.7, with a CEO rating increase from 68% to 100% - an unheard of feat.
